Beach Weddings in NH

We’re beginning to gather some pertinent information for you to consider when entertaining the idea of a beach wedding in NH.

Highly desirable but somewhat challenging to achieve. All of the beach shoreline in NH is State and Public Property. NH has three locations where private weddings can be conducted. They are Odiorne Point, Rye Harbor and Hampton Beach State Park South Beach. There is a flat fee to reserve and conduct your wedding. The new Hampton Beach State Park Pavillion offers panoramic function facility and conference room and at the time of this print the contact person is Jude David at 603.227.8715.

Weddings other than at the State Park Areas can be conducted, however, here are some things for you to consider before finalizing your wedding plans.

1) If you simply desire to put your feet in the water or sand you are free to do so. You cannot, however, inconvenience other visitors, ask them to move, set up chairs, arches, microphones, music, etc. You are not allowed to Alter anything in the public ares.

2) Parking is a constant challenge at Hampton Beach. Investigate your options wisely and thoroughly before you form any decisions.

3) The consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited.

4) Absolutely no pets allowed.

Planning a beach wedding in NH involves careful research and detailed planning. Please do not assume you can simply take over any area of the public beach for your nuptials. There are rules.
